Ingredients
  • 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
  1. 1Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 30 minutes
  2. 2Heat butter in a pan and cook chicken until golden
  3. 3Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes
  4. 4Add cream and garam masala, simmer for 15 minutes
  5. 5Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice
