  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Biryani masala
  • Saffron strands
  • Ghee
  • Fresh mint and coriander
Instructions
  1. 1Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices
  2. 2Parboil rice with whole spices
  3. 3Fry onions until golden brown
  4. 4Layer rice and chicken in a pot
  5. 5Add saffron milk and fried onions
  6. 6Cook on low heat (dum) for 30 minutes
  7. 7Serve hot with raita
