Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g butter
- 2 eggs
- 50g sugar
- 30g flour
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- 1Melt chocolate and butter together
- 2Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy
- 3Fold in melted chocolate and flour
- 4Pour into greased ramekins
- 5Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes
- 6Serve immediately with ice cream
